How the work with Deep Hospitality is going, on one page: what you can open and use today, what we decided, what is waiting on whom, and the money.
Three working things, one per module. Each one opens and can be used, not just read about.
Three drafts of the Business Review pack, built on a real month at one hotel, so you can choose the one you want rather than imagine it. Every slide takes a comment.
Open the three drafts How the review runs todayShown on 4 August: a standard goes in, a marked-up version comes out with every change explained, then clean English and French in minutes. What is inside it, page by page, for the person who will run it.
What is inside the engine The demo deckA working mockup of the one home for every standard, on Google: the library, a standard in English and French, and the assistant answering with its source. Try the name picker.
Open the mockup What the platforms cost| Module | Stage | What happens next | Whose move |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 · Business ReviewSponsor Bani | Build | A dedicated sitting agrees the one Aleph format, with the three drafts on screen. Rudolf Brink shows BIRD, the reporting layer that sits above Fairmas, in the same sitting. Then the pilot runs at one hotel on the September cycle, beside the current process, so nothing an owner sees changes until the two have been compared. | Zhaira books the sitting. Satish, Rohit and Jad settle the format there. |
| 2 · SOPs MoroccoSponsor Jad · Fiona Stewart | Ready to hand over | Jad buys the Claude licence. We install on Fiona’s machine and coach the first runs with Fiona and Annette until they are comfortable. Rooms, Food and Beverage and Spa first, for both hotels, in English and French. Everything done and the property teams trained before the November season. | Jad, the licence. Fiona, the priority list of procedures. |
| 3 · IntranetSponsor Neil | Design | A design session with Neil: the mockup, the options, the costs, and the result of the Onomo access test. Then we build on Google, the way Bani drew it: the documents at the bottom, the intelligence above them, and a screen on top that never makes the platform the user’s problem. | Zhaira books the session. We run the access test first. |
| 4 · Owner-Pitch Bot | Not started | Starts when you say so. Air-gapped by design before any build. | Aleph |
| 5 · LOI to HMA Review | Not started | Starts when you say so. Letter of Intent to Hotel Management Agreement reviews, contained and confidential. | Aleph |
| Ideas raised, not startedLettered so they are never confused with the five above | Your call | A A project management tool for Fiona, the way this programme is run applied to Aleph’s own projects (Jad, 17 July). B One tiered procedure library for the wider portfolio (Marc Matar, 24 July), separate work with its own terms. C A clear picture for owners of what they get and when, from signature to opening day (Jad, 17 July). | Bani and Jad |
The few things that stop the next step, and how long each has waited. The counters update daily.
The three drafts have been with Satish, Rohit and Jad since 7 August. Neil has set the direction; the sitting settles it.
With Zhaira since 2 September: the Business Review sitting with Rudolf Brink, and the intranet design session with Neil.
With Jad since 3 September, details sent. Two seats in Aleph’s name. Fiona’s first runs start when it lands.
Fiona’s order of importance for the procedures, so the engine runs the ones that matter first. A list by email is enough.
1 July to 30 November 2026. Solid bars are committed work; dashed bars start only when you say so. A hatched stretch means the plan moved, and the reason is written on the row.

Invoiced so far, two invoices, in arrears. Invoices go to Rohit, copying Richie Holgado.

Still open: the commercial basis for running Modules 1 and 2 side by side, and the scoping of ideas A, B and C. With Nitin, Bani and Jad.
